The Omega Process:

Relax! Watch your breath!! Are you aware? If yes, read the following…

Body is grosser aspect of mind and Mind is the subtler aspect of body. Breath is the connecting bridge. Watching the breath helps us to become aware of our thoughts! Controlling breath helps in controlling thoughts!! Have you observed a particular type of breathing pattern is associated with a particular type of thought patterns?
For those who are interested in learning and growing must learn to observe the thought patterns.
Once again, Relax! Watch your breath!! Are you aware? If yes, witness your thoughts… which dominant thought are you having now?

Have you observed, your mind goes again and again to those items which are left unfinished. Once, something is finished, mind hardly goes there… and even if it goes there, it doesn’t get hooked there. Mind is always hooked to that which is unfinished.

We think so many thoughts in a day because

1) We have lots of unfinished things in our life
2) We are not fully aware

The Omega process is a process of completion. Once we complete the unfinished things of our life, two things happen

1) Our thoughts reduce drastically
2) Our Awareness increases exponentially

Come to Om Prem Ashram at Kalyan, Near Mumbai, India. From 25th Dec to 1st Jan we will be learning the Omega Process and learn to complete all unfinished tasks and increase the awareness.
